Nadia the Heron - Air

Nadia the heron is always standing guard, over your outdoor space, if you have a pond then lookout fish!

Tall, sleek and poised. Nadia is another piece made entirely in marine grade stainless steel. Heat treated for a golden appearance and lacquered for that extra lustre. She stands approx. 700mm tall, with lovely wide feet so stability is no problem.

Each part of this beautiful Heron inspired piece has been carefully crafted from flat sheet pieces of metal, obtained from a gas griddle, removed from a Royal Navy Minesweeper as part of a refit.

Processes used to make her include, hot and cold forming and beating the metal in varying degrees to create the individual and quirky end result.
